The Topcats Pinchapalooza Festival

The Topcats, “the hardest working band in the New Orleans area,” have been entertaining audiences for the past 34 years with their rock covers. The band has been known to travel from Texas to North Carolina but are wildly popular among the Louisiana fairs and festivals scene. Their rockin’ covers will get you dancing and singing along to hits like “Jessie’s Girl,” “Centerfold,” and even “Uptown Funk.” The Topcats have been nominated in the “Best Cover Band” category in Off Beat Magazine’s “Best of The Beat” awards every year since 1996.

Get ready to dance with Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition! They’ll be performing songs and signing copies of their newly released CD, “Show me the way to go home.” Originally founded by then-teenage brothers Ryan and Brandon two decades ago, this four-piece “sweet soul” band performs a great mixture of country and Swamp Pop with a little bit of soul and R&B. This quintessential Swamp Pop band is led by Ryan Foret (vocals, keys and bass), who is sure to deliver a great show, along with Denver Meyeux on saxophone, Lynn Boudreaux on drums and Brandon Foret on guitar. Performing a great mixture of country and Swamp Pop with a little bit of soul and R&B, Foret Tradition’s influences include Otis Redding, Fats Domino, Wilson Pickett, Stevie Wonder, Jackie Wilson, TK Hulin, Warren Storm, and of course, Wayne Foret.
